RESEARCH OF THE ROLE OF MEANS OF SMALL ARCHITECTURE IN DESIGN AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT

Results of scientific researches on improvement and design of the architectural environment of the city locate in article by means of structural elements of sredovy design. Architectural and spatial means of small architecture act as elements of an individualization of an architectural landscape of the city, being defined by quite extensive set of specific elements of an urban environment. In work they are presented by means of small architecture, such as to an inscription on facades of buildings and hours. Keywords. In dense urban areas to create parking spaces in the construction of new buildings there is a need for underground parking. In the presented publication the urgency of a subject of the research devoted to methods of antikarstic protection in Perm Krai is described. The purpose of researches is the assessment of efficiency of antikarstic action or a combination of antikarstic actions (from considered) for each category of karstic danger (stability) of the territory. This subject is worthy, as in the territory of the region are widely developed карстующиеся breeds, and karstic processes in many regions of edge play an important role population lives. We give formulas for calculating the attractiveness of the shopping center and the likelihood of attracting customers to the mall. There were raised questions about the influence of object size on its attractiveness, and to determine the empirical parameter λ. It’s also considered conditions favorable for the location of the object of trade and MSC (multifunctional shopping center); as well as factors that contribute to the attractiveness of the shopping center.
